Royal Nation accepts returns on all products except customized items. Please note that this Return Policy does not apply to purchases of customized uniforms and spirit wear made through accounts of users who are members of organizations/clubs with which Royal Nation has a direct relationship. In these cases, separate agreements are in place.  Such users should refer to the separate Terms and Conditions presented to them during their account registration and ordering processes. 


This Return Policy and return procedure described below apply when a customer submitted the order and the purchased item(s) is already shipped. If the item is not yet shipped you may call us at: 469-364-3800 to cancel your order and request a refund. 

 

Royal Nation’s mission is 100% satisfaction of our customers. Please read this Return Policy carefully and follow the instructions to complete your return.

 

- Product purchased on Royal Nation may be returned with the refund requested within 30 days from the shipping date.
- Returns received after 30 days are not refundable.
- The item returned should be unworn and unwashed.
- Returns will be process and refund honored only if the original label/hang tag has not been removed.
- If you purchased an item with a manufacturing defect you can return the item within the last 2 years from its manufacturing date. Royal Nation will not process returns with significant wear, altered items and/or items that were misused.

     

    To complete your return please follow the instructions:

    - IMPORTANT: Include Packing Slip and original label/hang tag into the return package.
    - Ship your return package to:

    - You must use a shipping service that allows tracking packages (FedEx, UPS, or USPS)
    - We do not refund shipping charges.
    - We are not responsible for lost shipments or shipments sent to the wrong addresses.
    - Allow minimum 14 days to process your return and make a refund. Please note that it may take 1 - 2 billing cycles for the refunded amount to be reflected on your credit card statement.
    - We refund the total value of the item including charged taxes (not including shipping charges).

      In case you cannot send us the packing slip, then please write and include into the return package a letter which must include following information:

      - Your full name (as appears on the credit card), address, and email address
      - Your reliable phone number, so we could reach you in case of any questions regarding your return.
      - A list of product(s) you are returning.
      - A reason of your return (ex. defective, sizing off, not flattering, damaged in transit, etc.)
